Requirements

Big Chompy Bird Hunting quest

30 Ranged (recommended for quicker kills)
  Ogre bow / Comp ogre bow (from Rantz)
  Ogre arrows / Brutal arrows (for hunting)

Locations

There are several hunting locations to choose from:

South-west of Castle Wars (fairy ring code BKP)

In the Feldip Hills west of Rantz (fairy ring code AKS)

Other 2 Swamps just as north AKS Fairy Ring Teleport

To get Ogre bellows, it's simple, you just have to enter Rantz's cave and search the chest, you can take as many as you want.

Chompy Killing Strategy

• Fill bellows fully: Always keep three swamp toads ready before starting

• Inflate toads quickly: Place toads near hunting spots where birds spawn.

• Multi-bird luring: Inflate all toads in a cluster to spawn multiple birds simultaneously.

• Target priority: Quickly kill birds as they appear. The comp ogre bow speeds this up compared to standard ogre bow.

• Efficient location: South of Castle Wars is optimal for easy swamp toad gathering and quick hunting loops. This place is easier to navigate since there are fewer aggressive monsters that cut off your ability to attack your chompies efficiently.

Efficient Kills Per Hour

• Standard setup: ~140-160 kills per hour
• Optimal setup (max focus, comp bow, brutal arrows): 180-200+ kills per hour

The primary time loss is re-filling bellows, so efficient rotation between swamp toads and the hunting area is key to maximizing your Kill Per Hour..
