Strategy for Killing Brutal Black Dragons

  1. Before entering the cave, make sure you have taken your antifi position.
  2. Activate Protect from Magic to nullify their dragonfire, even if you have a super antifire potion.
  3. Enter the cave.
  4. Stand at maximum range level using a blowpipe or twisted bow for rapid kills.
  5. Use Rigor or Eagle Eye prayers to maximise DPS (but less money per hour)
  6. Always prioritise loot; each kill provides dragon bones and hides worth ~10-12k each before secondary drops.
  7. Focus on collecting everything on the floor. When you have the full inventory, go to the bank and repeat the same process, so the Money Making The Brutal Black Dragons is carried out.

Safespots for Brutal Black Dragons

There are no formal safe spots. However, by standing a few tiles away and attacking with ranged, you avoid melee damage entirely. Their dragonfire remains dangerous without protection, so always use an antifire potion + anti-magic prayer.
