Bolts are just as crucial as the crossbow that fires them. Most bolts provide a ranged strength bonus, directly influencing the maximum damage a player can deal. This makes choosing the right bolts essential for training, PKing, and PvMing—not just the crossbow itself.
Bolts listed below requiring 46 Ranged can be used with an adamant crossbow or better, those requiring 61 Ranged with a rune crossbow or better, and those requiring 64 Ranged with a dragon crossbow or better. Some bolts have their own ranged requirement to wield, but it is always the same as the ranged requirement of the lowest crossbow that can fire them.
