Spiritual Creatures is a Slayer task that includes four god-aligned factions of warriors found exclusively in the God Wars Dungeon. These creatures come in melee, ranged, and magic varieties--some of which are among the best sources of rune items, prayer XP, and even God Wars Door dungeon keys. This guide covers where to find them, how to kill them efficiently, and which ones are worth prioritizing.

The creatures are scattered across the God Wars Dungeon, accessible by the Trollheim teleport or by running from the Burthorpe area.
