Obtaining the required items for Freeing the Goblin Generals
Orange can be bought from the Trading Post in Port Sarim, and Bread can be bought from the Food Store in Port Sarim.
Spice or Gnome Spice: Can be bought from the Culinaromancer’s chest.
A blue, green, or purple dye: Purple dye spawns directly east of the spirit tree at the Khazard Battlefied, south of the Ardougne Castle.
Fishing bait: Can be bought from any fishing shop.
Charcoal or Ground charcoal: Can be bought from Jiminua’s jungle store in Karamja.

Walkthrough for Freeing the Goblin Generals
Enter the Large door leading to the dining room in Lumbridge Castle, then inspect Wartface or Bentnoze.
Go talk to the Goblin Cook down the ladder in the Goblin Village. Use a Falador teleport, then run north to get here quicker. Reply 2, 1.
Talk to him again to give him Charcoal. Reply 1 for a cutscene to start.
Give the Goblin Cook some Charcoal.
Talk to the Goblin Cook again. Reply 3.
Use a bucket of water on some bread.
Use a knife on an orange and slice it.
Use a dye on the sliced orange.
Use spices on the fishing bait.
Talk to the Goblin Cook again with the ingredients. Reply 3 and you will receive the slop of compromise.
Use the slop on Wartface or Bentnoze in the Dining Room of Lumbridge Castle to complete the quest.
