A Porcine of Interest is a quest that serves as an introduction to the Slayer skill. It introduces a new Slayer master, Spria, and adds a new monster to the game—the Sourhog.

  • Enable RuneLite Quest Helper in your RuneLite plugin section. 
  • Hold your space bar to skip through NPC dialog, and use number keys for chatting dialog.

  • Teleport to Draynor Village, for example, using the Amulet of Glory.

Sourhog (level 37)

 

Walkthrough of A Porcine of Interest

  • Bring a rope, knife or slash weapon, and Combat gear
  • Read the notice board in Draynor Village.
  • Talk to Sarah in the South Falador Farm. Reply 1, 5.
  • Use a rope on the Strange Hole east of Draynor Manor.
  • Climb down into the Strange Hole east of Draynor Manor.

  • Go to the end of the cave and investigate the skeleton there.

Skeleton in Strange hole

  • Talk to Spria next to where you spawn in Draynor Village.
  • Wear the reinforced goggles and climb down into the Strange Hole east of Draynor Manor. Be prepared to fight Sourhog (level 37)
  • kill Sourhog.
  • Cut off Sourhog's foot.
  • Return to Sarah in the South Falador Farm. Reply 1.
  • Return to Spria in Draynor Village.
