General Graardor is regarded as the leader of the Bandos’ forces within the God Wars Dungeon. He is quite difficult to kill but gets easier with practice and high combat stats. Killing General Graardor is profitable, but most of the profit comes from his rare drops, so you might have to kill for a long time before you become profitable.
The God Wars Dungeon (GWD) is located north of Trollheim. Before entering, ensure you’re equipped with items representing the four gods (Armadyl, Bandos, Saradomin, or Zamorak) to prevent aggression from their followers. Use one of the following methods to reach GWD efficiently:
Once inside GWD, proceed to General Graardor’s lair, northwest of the dungeon by either:
Prepare for the harsh environment by bringing supplies to manage the freezing temperatures and ensure a smooth journey to General Graador.
Players should wear equipment with high ranged defence and decent magic defence.

Graardor can attack with both Melee and Ranged. Always use protect from melee when close to Graardor and protect from ranged if not.
Graardor will do a simple punch with a maximum hit of 60. He has a 2/3 chance of using this attack whenever he attacks.
Graardor will slam the ground, emitting shockwaves to all players inside his chamber. Although it is a ranged attack, Graardor will only use it within melee range of his current target. He has a ⅓ chance of using ranged whenever he attacks. If successful, It deals between 15 and 35 damage
Graardor’s bodyguards protect Graardor and will target the player who last damaged him and the player who deals the final bow to him. He has three bodyguards, namely;
He uses a ranged attack where he throws his axe at a target, dealing up to 21 damage.
He is the Magic bodyguard who launches yellow projectiles at the target, dealing up to 15 damage.
He uses a melee attack where he attacks players with his flail, dealing up to 15 damage.
The Strategy for fighting Graardor is different when with a team and without.
Before entering his chamber, turn on protect from melee and combat boosting prayer. When you enter the room, start with your special attack on the boss, then summon a skeleton if you can. Always keep your hitpoints above 60 and use protect from melee to avoid getting killed by Graardor’s high-hitting melee attacks. After attacking Graardor twice, right-click to walk under him before attacking him again. This is done so Graardor can only hit you once for every 2 hits you do. Since he has an attack speed of 6, or 3.6 seconds between attacks, a 4-tick weapon can attack once every 2.4 seconds, so a player can attack Graardor twice before he can attack. Players should also eat while under Graardor to save time
If using magic, you should be on the Ancient Magicks and cast Ice Barrage to freeze Graardor. When he is frozen, attack him from a distance until he breaks free, then barrage him again. If he gets too close, switch protection prayer to protect from Melee. When Graardor is dead, kill the Steelwill first, then lure Strongstack to Grimspike and barrage them to heal from both of them.
After clearing the chamber, pick up the bones and use bones to peaches to get more food and pray at the Altar before they respawn. With this method, you can 2-3 kills per trip.
In a team, some players can act as a tank, taking more damage, so the other players don’t have to. Tanks should prioritize ranged defence over magic, as bodyguards prioritize those that damage Graador. Attackers, the players who would attack Graador should prioritize offensive bonuses over defensive. However, they would need to watch for Steelwill who will hit them more frequently.
The tank should enter Graardor’s chamber first and get a few hits on the boss while praying against melee, to draw aggro to himself. Afterward, the attacker should enter and start attacking the boss with their preferred combat style, while using correct protection prayers based on the minions that get aggressive to them. If General Graardor gets aggressive to the attacker, he should switch to protect from melee and wait for the tank to draw his attention.
While using any of the strategies, note that minions will drop chilli potatoes and shark, which are quite helpful. If you have excess food, pick up the food on the floor and drop it again to prevent it from disappearing.
Each General Graardor is worth an average of 165K GP. However, it is highly dependent on the unique drops. Excluding the unique drops, the average kill is worth only 23K GP. Killing the 3 minions yields an additional 14K GP, bringing the total to 179K GP per kill.
With the recommended stats and gear above, a player can kill General Graardor 27 times per hour. This results in a profit of 4.1M after the cost of potions and food have been deducted.
