OSRS Construction Training Guide Leveling 1-99 Fastest XP Rates

OSRS Construction Training Guide Leveling 1-99 Fastest XP Rates

Construction has so many benefits as it allows players to own a house and add different features to it, giving them abilities to teleport to different areas, rejuvenate, and even fulfill specific requirements for quests and achievement diaries. However, training construction is click-intensive and costly, it involves repeatedly building and removing furniture in a player-owned house.

To start construction, players must buy a house from one of the estate agents or complete the daddy’s home miniquest. A starter house costs 1,000 coins and will be located in Rimmington. 40 magic is required to cast the teleport-to-house spell or you can use house tablets to teleport to your house.

Recommendations for Training Construction

Resizeable Mode

You should set your windows as resizeable and widen the game client slightly so that there is some space between the chatbox and the right-hand side control panel, this would help minimize mouse movements, making construction training significantly easier.

The Eyes Of Glouphrie

Eyes of glouphrie

This quest requires completion of The Grand Tree, 5 construction, and 46 magic. It rewards crystal saw seed which can be used on the singing bowl by Brimstail to get the enchanted crystal saw. The crystal saw allows the player to build furniture up to 3 levels higher than their current construction level but would only provide this boost for furniture that requires both a saw and a hammer.

Plank sacks

Plank sack

The plank sacks hold a total of 28 planks of any type. Servants can’t deliver the planks into a plank sack which makes it a poor option for construction training in a Player-owned house but it is highly recommended for Ultimate Ironmen and when playing the Mahogany Homes minigame.

Menu Entry Swapper

This runelite plugin allows players to change the default left-click and shift-click options that are displayed when hovering over any in-game object or item. Using this plugin removes the need for the player to continuously right-click when training construction.

Servants

Having a servant is very important when training construction. A servant is an NPC that players can hire for various services in their player-owned house, These servants can help players fetch or deposit different planks, saving them the time they would need to unnote their planks from Phials. Players can hire servants from the Servant’s Guild, which is located north of the marketplace in East Ardougne as shown below

Types of Servants

Types of servant

All servants request a payment after every eight trips, the amount requested by each servant is shown below
