Gnome Restaurant is a minigame where players perform Gnome cooking and deliver the creations to various customers within a specific time. Completing a Gnome Restaurant delivery is required for the medium western Provinces diary.
Players can start the minigame by talking to Gianne Jnr on the west end of the 2nd floor of the Grand Tree.

Speak to Aluft Gianne snr at the location below on the 2nd floor of the Grand Tree and he will explain how Gnomish cooking works and give you an assignment.
Players must make the different kinds of food he will request before they get his recommendation. Gnomish cooking requires special equipment and ingredients, which can be purchased from Hudo or collected as respawns around the Grand Tree in the Tree Gnome Stronghold.
Aluft snr will assign players to make any of the food below.

Gnomebowls are types of food that require a Gnomebowl, and they can be made in similar steps as shown below.
How to Prepare Gnomebowls
Follow the following steps to prepare Gnomebowls.
Worm hole
It requires 30 Cooking, 4 kingworms, 2 onions, and 1 gnome spice. Use 1 Equa leaf on the unfinished Worm hole to complete it.
Vegetable ball
It requires 35 Cooking, 2 onions, 2 potatoes, and 1 gnome spice. Use 1 Equa leaf on the unfinished Vegetable ball to complete it.
Tangled toads' legs
It requires 40 Cooking, 4 toads' legs, 1 gnome spice, 2 cheese, 1 dwellberries, and 2 Equa leaves. It does not need garnishing.
Chocolate bomb
It requires 42 Cooking, 4 chocolate bars, and 1 Equa leaf. Use 2 pots of cream and 1 chocolate dust on the unfinished Chocolate bomb to complete it.
Battas are types of food that require a Batta tin, and they can be made in similar steps as shown below.

Types of Battas
Fruit batta
It requires 25 Cooking, 4 Equa leaves, 1 lime chunks, 1 orange chunk, and 1 pineapple chunk. Use 1 gnome spice on the unfinished Fruit batta to complete it.
Toad batta
It requires 26 Cooking, 1 Equa leaves, 1 gnome spice, 1 cheese, and 1 toad leg. Use 1 Equa leaf on the unfinished Toad batta to complete it.

It requires 27 Cooking, 1 kingworms, 1 cheese, and 1 gnome spice. Use 1 Equa leaf on the unfinished Worm batta to complete it.

Players must make the different kinds of cocktails he will request before they get his recommendation. Cocktail making requires special equipment and ingredients, which can be purchased from Heckel Funch, or collected as respawns around the Grand Tree in the Tree Gnome Stronghold.

Fruit blast
It requires 6 Cooking, 1 pineapple, 1 lemon, and 1 orange. Have 1 lemon slice in your inventory when pouring to complete it.
Pineapple punch
It requires 8 Cooking, 2 pineapples, 1 lemon, and 1 orange. Have 1 lime chunk, 1 pineapple chunk, and 1 orange slice in your inventory when pouring to complete it.
Wizard blizzard
It requires 18 Cooking, 2 vodka, 1 gin, 1 lime, 1 lemon, and 1 orange. Have 1 pineapple chunk and 1 sliced lime in your inventory when pouring to complete it.
Short green guy
It requires 20 Cooking, 1 vodka, and 3 limes. Have 1 sliced lime and 1 Equa leaf in your inventory when pouring to complete it.
Drunk dragon
It requires 32 Cooking, 1 vodka, 1 gin, and 1 dwellberries. Have 1 pineapple chunk, and 1 pot of cream, and heat it to complete it.
Chocolate Saturday
It requires 33 Cooking, 1 whisky, 1 chocolate bar, 1 Equa leaf, and 1 bucket of milk. Warm it in an oven. Ensure you have 1 chocolate dust, and 1 pot of cream in your inventory when pouring it to complete it.
Blurberry special
It requires 37 Cooking, 1 vodka, 1 brandy, 1 gin, 2 lemons, and 1 orange. Have 1 lemon chunk, 1 orange chunk, 1 Equa leaf, and 1 sliced lime in your inventory when pouring to complete it.
After making the food and Cocktails assigned by Aluft Snr and Blurberry and getting their recommendation, players can now complete deliveries for Aluft jnr in the form of a delivery box. The player can choose an easy, which involves a delivery in or around the Grand Tree, or a hard task, which could be anywhere in Gielinor. Easy tasks have a time limit of 6 minutes and Hard tasks have a limit of 11 minutes.
The delivered food must be prepared by a player as Premade versions from Gianni’s Restaurant or Blurberry Bar cannot be used. Although they can be bought from the grand exchange, it usually takes a while to buy. To improve efficiency, players should prepare the items in advance and store them in their banks to complete deliveries faster after they are assigned.
Players can be assigned to make deliveries to NPCs in any of the locations mentioned on this OSRS wiki page. Players should go through the locations and ensure they have the fastest teleports there and back to the Grand Tree to improve their speed.
As previously mentioned, completing a delivery for the Gnome Restaurant is required for the medium western Provinces diary. First, speak to Aluft jnr and he will ask you to get recommendations from Aluft snr and Blurberry. They will teach gnome cooking and cocktail making respectively. You need to cook the different food and cocktails they ask for until you get their recommendation.
After getting both recommendations, speak to Aluft Jnr and he will give you a delivery to complete. It’s best to select an easy task if you want to complete it as soon as possible.
