OSRS Mountain Daughter Quest Guide

Mountain Daughter is a quest in the Fremennik series where the player helps the chieftain of a mountain camp east of Rellekka search for his missing daughter.

Item Requirements for Mountain Daughter

• Rope

• Any pickaxe

• Any axe

• Any plank

• Almost any gloves: except Slayer, Mystic, Ranger, Moonclan, Lunar, vambraces, and random event apparel.
• A staff or a pole. Obtainable during the quest. Dramen staff does not work, but elemental staves and Lunar staff will work.

Walkthrough of Mountain Daughter

• It's best to bring all required items when starting, so you don't have to go to a bank to get them.
• Use your rope on the boulder outside the Mountain Camp east of Relleka. Use the Camelot teleport and run north to get here.

• Continue through the eastern path and speak to Hamal, the Chieftain in the Mountain camp. Reply 1, 1, 1 to start the quest.

• Head south of Hamal's tent and dig some mud from the mud pond.

• Pick up the pole north of Hamal's tent if you don't have one.
• Use mud on the Tall Tree on the lake north of the camp, and then climb it.
• Use your pole or a staff on the clump of rocks.
• Use a plank on the flat stone.

• Listen to the Shining Pool. Reply 2, 2, 1, 1.  

• Use plank on the flat stone and reply 1 to return to shore.
• Speak to Hamal the Chieftain in the Mountain Camp, where you started the quest. Reply 2.  
• Speak to Jokul north of Hamal's tent.

• Leave the camp through the path you entered, but this time, climb over the Rockslide.  

• Speak to Svidi, who roams in the forest east of Rellekka. Reply 2. Safespot the black Unicorn as shown below if it keeps attacking you during conversation with Svidi.  

• Speak to Brundt the Chieftain in Rellekka's longhall. Reply 1, 4.
• Use a pickaxe on the Ancient Rock in the Mountain Camp. Remember to use a rope on the Boulder to re-enter the camp.

• Return to Brundt the Chieftain in the Rellekka's longhall. Reply 1.  
• Return to Svidi, who roams in the forest east of Rellekka
• Bring: Any axe and almost any gloves

• Go to the top of White Wolf Mountain and pick the Thorny Bushes whilst wearing gloves.

• Stand behind the Thorny bushes to hide from the Wolves, and make sure you equip your gloves before attempting to pick from Thorny bushes, or your character will take damage.

• Eat the White Pearl.
• Return to Hamal the Cheiftain in the Mountain Camp. Reply 3, 2.  
• Return to the centre of the pool north of the Mountain Camp and listen to the shining pool.
• Cut through the trees northeast of the lake and enter the cave there. Go round the pool of water from the left side to get here. Bring combat gear and food to kill Kendal (level 70).

• Cut the trees marked below to get into the cave.

• Continue through the southwest path and speak to the Kendal, then kill him. Reply 1, 2, 3, 2, 2, 1.

• Pick up the Corpse of woman.

• Bring the corpse to Hamal. Reply 1, 1.
• Collect 5 Muddy rocks from around the camp.

• Speak to Ragnar. Reply 1.  

• Return to the centre of the lake and bury the corpse.

• Use the Muddy rocks on the Burial Mound at the centre of the Mountain Camp's lake to complete the quest.
