Wyrms are draconic creatures found in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. They're solid Slayer tasks for low- to mid-level players, since they give decent XP rates and good profit. However, at higher combat levels, Wyrms become less efficient—they're not aggressive, demand more attention, offer poor XP relative to your level, and their drops aren't worth it for high-level players.
Alternatively, players can kill wyrmlings in Neypotzli dungeon when on a wyrm slayer task. They are lower variants, and players have access to prayer restore, food, and free super combat potions in the dungeon.
Wyrms can only be found in the Karuulm slayer dungeon which is located beneath Mount Karuulm, west of Lovakengj. Note that cannons cannot be used in this location.

Wyrms are weak to Dragon weapons like the Dragon Hunter lance, Dragon Hunter crossbow, and Dragon Hunter wand. They are also weaker to stab and ranged attacks so it’s not worth it to use to magic.

Wyrms attack with only magic and melee, and can’t hit through protection prayers. If attacked from a distance, they will use only their magic attack, but will use both melee and magic attacks when the player is in melee range. Their magic attack has a max hit of 13, while their melee attack has a max hit of 10.
When fighting Wyrms with melee, it's best to use Protect from Magic since their magic attacks hit harder than melee. If you're wearing decent melee gear, you can tank their melee hits while praying against magic. If you're using Ranged, keep your distance and also use Protect from Magic—Wyrms will only use magic attacks at range, so you shouldn't take any damage at all.
Aggro the Wyrm in the corner shown below, then run to the marked spot. It should get stuck in the spot shown below and you can continue to attack it without the Wyrm retaliating. Use the minimap to better locate this spot.
The average Wyrm kill is worth 6,252 GP when on a Wyrm slayer task or 7,576 GP when on a Konar task
