By default, megascales services are boosting services. This means that you log in on your account while our megascale boosters complete the raid for you. You don’t have to do anything other than make sure your account stays logged in. If you don’t want to play the account yourself, however, then we are also able to do the megascale raids ourselves. One of our megascalers can then log in to your account while completing the raid on his other account.
Yes, if you are paying with OSRS GP for the megascales then it is not even considered Real-World-Trading by Jagex. You are paying for a service with OSRS GP so not with real-world cash, and you are receiving a service within the game, where nobody is logging in to your account. Hence, according to their own rules, this is not considered as Real-World-Trading.
To apply for a discount, you can go to the Discord server and go to the create-a-ticket channel. Open a raid ticket and tell the staff the amount of megascales you require. Once you get a price in OSRS GP you can go to the request custom order page to pay the discounted amount in OSRS GP.

5. A Manager will confirm payment and post the megascale service to our megascalers.
6. A megascaler will claim your ticket and schedule a time with you.
