OSRS Quests That Give Agility XP

OSRS Quests That Give Agility XP

Training agility requires a lot of focus and point-clicking, making it one of the most tedious skills to train. However, completing quests that give agility XP allows players to skip early courses, which are quite slow, as they would attain the agility requirement to train at better agility courses, which give decent agility XP rates.

Quests That Give Agility XP

Completing the tourist trap (use rewards on agility) and The Grand Tree is the fastest method from Level 1 to 33 agility, granting 17,200 agility XP. However, if you have the requirements for other quests on this list, you should complete them as well before using agility training methods. After getting as much XP as you can from these quests, follow our agility training guide to find the best training methods to follow next.

The fastest way to skip the early agility grind is by completing the tourist trap and using two skill lamps both on agility. This will give you a total of 9300 agility experience. Taking you from 1 to 26 agility, skipping the early agility levels.
