Druidic Ritual is a very short and easy quest that unlocks the Herblore skill. It takes places entirely in Taverley.
General Questing recommendations: enable RuneLite Quest Helper in your RuneLite plugin section, hold your space bar to skip through NPC dialog, and use number keys for chatting dialog.
Time to complete: I completed the Druidic ritual in two minutes on a normal account. If you use an ironman, it will take longer, depending how quickly you can gather the required items.
Items Requirements for Druidic Ritual
Normal accounts can buy all the items required directly from the Grand Exchange.
- Raw Bear meat
- Raw Rat meat
- Raw Beef
- Raw Chicken
Obtaining the required items for Ironman
- Raw Bear and Rat meat: A Giant rat and Bear can be found south of the Varrock south-east mine. They can be killed to obtain raw Bear and Rat meat
- Raw Beef and Chicken: Both Chicken and cow can be killed at the farm just south east of southern entrance to Falador.
Alternatively, you can purchase all meat at once from Rufus' meat Emporium if you have the route to Canifis unlocked.
Druidic Ritual has no skill or quest requirements.
Walkthrough of Druidic Ritual
- Talk to Kaqemeex at the stone circle north of Taverley and choose chat options 2, 1. He’ll tell you that the druids’ old stone circle south of Varrock has been taken over by dark wizards, and they need someone to help purify it. The quickest way there is to teleport to Falador and run northwest.
- Bring along the required items: raw Bear meat, raw Rat meat, raw Beef, and raw Chicken then go south and talk to Sanfew who is upstairs in the Taverley herblore store. select chat options 1, 2 and Sanfew will tell you that he needs you to place the meat in the Cauldron of Thunder.
Enchanting the Meat
- The Cauldron of thunder is located in Taverley Dungeon, south of Tarverley. If you are low-levelled, bring enough food to walk past level 22 and 23 Skeletons before entering. When ready, enter the Dungeon then go north till you find a gate with two level 19 suits of armour on stands. Kill or ignore it then enter the gate to get to the Cauldron. Note: The suits of armour will attack you regardless of your combat level. You can avoid the fight by spam-clicking the same gate to slip through safely.
- Use the four meats on the cauldron to get enchanted meat. You will notice that they turn blue and are now in their enchanted versions: enchanted bear, enchanted chicken, enchanted rat, and enchanted beef.
- Exit the dungeon the same way you entered and speak to Sanfew. He will take the meat and tell you to speak to Kaqameex. Speak to him and he will thank you and tell you about the Herblore skill.
