One of our live chat agents will invite you to our discord server and will ask you to open a ticket. When opening a ticket, you can indicate your order number and the bank wealth of your ironman. Our live chat agent will confirm payment and post your request to our firecape workers who have a deposit that matches your account wealth. You can enter your account credentials, which are only to be seen by the firecape worker. After the service has been completed, make sure to follow the steps to secure your account.
