OSRS Best Food For Healing For F2P & P2P

OSRS Best Food For Healing For F2P & P2P

In OSRS, the right food can be the difference between victory and defeat. Whether you're tanking a boss or fighting for survival in PvP, your food choice determines how long you can last. Some foods heal instantly without interrupting attacks, while others restore large amounts of HP but come with delays. Knowing which foods to use—and when—can give you a serious edge in combat.

Best Food for P2P

The best food for P2P is the Anglerfish. Although it heals the same as the Manta ray, Dark Crab, and Tuna Potato, it can overheal. The most cost-effective food is the Potato with cheese, which heals only 16 but is 8 times cheaper.
