OSRS How to Get to Crandor

Crandor is a volcanic island located northeast of Karamja in Old School RuneScape (OSRS). It plays a pivotal role in the "Dragon Slayer I" quest, where players confront the formidable dragon, Elvarg. How to Reach Crandor

Initial Access During Dragon Slayer I

To first access Crandor, players must embark on the Dragon Slayer I quest. This involves:

1.  Assembling the Map: Collect three map pieces from various locations: Melzar's Maze, the Port Sarim Jail, and Lozar's remains. These steps are steps of the Dragon Slayer quest.
   
   
2. Preparing the Ship: Purchase the Lady Lumbridge boat from Klarense in Port Sarim and repair it with 3 planks, 90 Nails and a hammer.
   
   
3. Setting the Travel: With Ned as the captain, sail to Crandor, sail is free.

Upon arrival, the ship crashes, rendering it unusable for return trips. This initial journey is essential to unlock future access routes to the island.

On-Quest Access via Karamja Volcano

While completing "Dragon Slayer I," players can revisit Crandor through an underground passage:

Travel to Karamja: Sail to Musa Point and proceed west to the Karamja Volcano.

Enter the Volcano: Climb down into the volcano to access the dungeon.

Navigate the Dungeon: Head north through the dungeon, passing various monsters.

Find the Secret Door: Locate and pass through the hidden wall, previously unlocked during the quest.

Ascend to Crandor: Climb the rope at the end of the passage to emerge on Crandor's surface.

This route remains accessible indefinitely, provided the secret door was unlocked during the quest.

Crandor boasts several mining spots:

• Southwest Beach: 7 Mithril rocks.
• Northeast Beach: 3 Gold rocks.
• Southern Foothills: 3 Adamantite and 3 Coal rocks.

These areas are guarded by various monsters, so caution is advised.
