Fungicide spray and Fungicide charges (buy from any Slayer Master)Only Mutated Zygomites (Combat level 74, 86) exist as the Slayer task variant. Their special mechanic requires Fungicide spray to finish them off after reducing their HP to zero.
Mutated Zygomites are found in Zanaris (Combat level 74, 86), accessible after completing Lost City. Inside Zanaris, they reside west of the bank and farming patches, near the slayer cave entrance.
The fastest route is:
Teleport to Lumbridge, run south and use a Dramen staff or Lunar staff to enter Zanaris via the Lumbridge Swamp shed.Mutated Zygomites have very low defence and HP, so optimal gear focuses on maximising DPS with minimal food needed.
