At OSRS, a Volatile Pure Account is basically an account with max magic, the lowest possible Combat Level, and the prayer needed to use Protect from Items, since the starting weapon is quite expensive and we don't want to risk losing it every time we die. These accounts are mostly used to rush and annihilate opponents in one or two hits with the help of Special Attack. While this account can reach 50-60 Combat, it can hit 70+ in one shot; most players at that level don't reach this hitpoints number, or are relatively close, so it's easy and sometimes fun to see others die unexpectedly.
Since we are completely avoiding Melee and Ranged, your quest list is very short. You only want quests that provide early Magic or Hitpoints XP.
Leveling up all your skills and completing quests for this build can take hundreds of hours. If you'd like to skip all the hard work, our professional team can help. You can order our Services here

To start leveling up Magic, the classic method will always be Splashing. We won't delve too deeply into this topic, as we already have a dedicated Guide on Splashing.
Stunning and Alching: Alching and stunning simultaneously may seem difficult at first, but it is entirely a matter of practice; over time, you will be able to achieve Magic XP rates of 150,000–180,000 per hour without gaining any Hitpoints. For a complete, detailed Stun Alching Guide, see here.
You can also set the account to "splash" while doing AFK activities so that you don't miss out on any XP.

Mage Arena I & II
You must complete the Mage Arena 1 and 2 minigames to unlock the God Capes (Zamorak, Saradomin, or Guthix) and eventually the Imbued God Capes for Best-in-Slot magic accuracy.

If you want a more detailed Mage Arena 2 Guide, you can check it here.
The account already has 99 Magic, the highest possible level in the game, right? This can get even better. Before you even have an eye on your target, go to your bank, withdraw your Imbued Heart, activate it, store it back in your bank, and you're ready to attack. The Imbue Heart has the biggest boost in the game, which will allow us to enjoy the privileges of having 100+ Magic while being around level 50-60 Combat.

Once you have:
We're almost ready to jump into Bounty Hunter or PvP; all that's left is to choose an outfit that fits your budget. If you need money for a volatile staff, you can go to our OSRS items page.

This account, being extremely dangerous and strong, is also extremely weak, and the truth is that it is very easy to die, so it is not advisable to show off about the Volatile Nightmare Staff too much, but rather keep it in your inventory and only use it when absolutely necessary.
The Setup: Find a target you potentially want to KO, look up their HiScores in Runelite using the look-up option, and make sure they have low hitpoints; the more hitpoints they have, the less chance you have of killing them.

Rushing Time: Don't wear your Volatile Nightmare Staff yet; keep it in your inventory until the moment of truth (when you want to go in rushing). The special attack costs 55% energy. Eat an Anglerfish to raise your hit points, and you can enter the danger zone and attack your opponent. When you see the hit appear on your opponent and they still have low health, you can try to finish them off with a Fire Surge Spell (if the special attack doesn't kill them first).

Tab out & Reset: If you see that the RNG is not on your side and you're not hitting your opponent, the best thing to do is tab out or return to the safe zone to try again later.

As we've seen, this is one of the most powerful accounts we can still abuse to one-shot our PvP, BH, or Wilderness. Always keep your prayer stat high; don't underestimate another player's ability to smite you. If you're more comfortable with a higher prayer stat, go ahead, but you'll gain some extra combat levels. Either way, enjoy the most overpowered rushing account in the game! Good luck.
