Selling different kinds of Mithril armour to the Armour shop at Jatiszo makes 3,975,000 GP/hr as of October 2026 and is the best low-level Money-Making method we’ve found so far.
The downside is that Mithril armour pieces have a Grand Exchange limit of 125 every 4 hours. In a day, you will only be able to buy 750 pieces of each and profit 2,385,000 GP.
Accessing the Armour shop requires the completion of The Fremennik Isles quest to travel to the island of Jatiszo. The quest and its prerequisites only require 20 Construction, 25 Fletching, 40 Woodcutting, and 40 Crafting.
Low stats? Here are 8 P2P and 3 F2P methods. None need a skill above level 50, and 6 of them need no levels at all.
Or you can always skip the grind by buying gold from us.

Making Forester’s rations gives 586,274 GP/hr and 93k Cooking XP/hr.
Forester’s rations are used with a Felling axe in the Woodcutting skill for 10% more woodcutting experience and a 20% chance to not receive a log.
Making Forester’s rations requires level 35 Woodcutting and level 35 Cooking. You will need tree leaves and use them on Cooked meat, Cooked chicken, or any non-blighted cooked fish. The higher the tier of tree leaves, the more rations can be made for each Cooked meat, chicken, or fish.
A table of how many rations are created per tier of tree leaves, as well as profit, is shown below:
| Type of Leaves | G.E. Price (GP) (Checked October 2026) | Price + Cooked Chicken (GP) | Rations Made | Rations G.E. Price (GP) (Checked October 2026) | Profit (GP) |
| Willow leaves | 154 | 226 | 12 | 540 | 314 |
| Maple leaves | 338 | 410 | 16 | 720 | 310 |
| Yew leaves | 511 | 583 | 20 | 900 | 317 |
| Magic leaves | 700 | 772 | 24 | 1,080 | 308 |

I bought 500 Yew leaves for 511 GP each, 500 Magic leaves for 700 GP each, and 1,000 Cooked chicken for an average of 71.84 GP each, costing a total of 677,340 GP.
It took me 32 minutes to process all items into 22,000 Forester's rations. The rations were sold to the G.E., and I got 990,000 GP (Checked October 2026).

Subtracting the cost of materials, I made 312,660 GP in profit. An hour of making Forester’s rations makes 586,237 GP/hr and gives 93k Cooking XP/hr.

Catching Snowy knights at Mons Gratia makes 1,205,056 GP/hr and gives 27k Hunter XP/hr.
Snowy knights, when released from a jar, heal the player 15 hitpoints and behave like a potion instead of food. Meaning they don’t incur tick delay when healing and can be used for combo healing.
Snowy knights require level 35 Hunter to catch with a butterfly net, and level 45 Hunter if catching barehanded. You will also need butterfly jars if you want to catch them as an item.

Since Snowy knights share Mons Gratia with Sapphire glacialis, another butterfly, they can be difficult to differentiate visually. I suggest tagging them with the Better NPC Highlight plugin so that they can be easier to spot.
![]() | ![]() |
I suggest catching them in Mons Gratia in Varlamore, which can easily be accessed through the Quetzal whistle teleport. Banking in Ferox Enclave through the Ring of Dueling teleport allows you to restore run energy via the nearby Pool of Refreshment.

I tested this method for 15 minutes at level 75 Hunter, and I caught a total of 152 Snowy knights, which sold for 301,264 GP after taxes (Checked October 2026).
An hour of catching Snowy knights makes 1,205,056 GP/hr and gives 27k Hunter XP/hr. At level 35 Hunter, you can expect to catch 528 Snowy knights per hour, making 1,046,263 GP/hr and 23k Hunter XP/hr.

Smithing Steel bars in the Blast Furnace makes 1,296,732 GP/hr and gives 95k Smithing XP/hr.

The Blast Furnace is a smithing minigame found in Keldagrim. You must have started the Giant Dwarf quest for access to Keldagrim. The quickest way to the blast furnace is through the Minigames teleport found in your spellbook.

The Ice gloves are a guaranteed drop from the Ice Queen, which can be found below White Wolf Mountain. The Ice gloves allow you to immediately take metal bars from the bar dispenser. This saves you 2 seconds and 3 clicks each trip compared to filling a bucket with water and using it on the bar dispenser.

The Coal bag is a reward from the Motherlode Mine, located in the Dwarven Mine. The Motherlode Mine is a low-intensity Mining training area where you mine ore veins for pay-dirt. You can fill the Coal bag with 27 Coal each trip, effectively doubling the bars you make per hour.
Here is a sample trip with Ice gloves and a Coal bag. 27 Coal was already deposited to the conveyor, so depositing Iron ore will make Steel bars.
The Ice gloves and Coal bag are not required to start doing the Blast Furnace but they are recommended for efficiency when making bars, which leads to higher GP/hr.
This sample trip does not use the Ice gloves or a Coal bag. You should first deposit Coal to the conveyor so that when you add the iron ore, the furnace will produce steel bars.
The Blast Furnace allows you to smelt metal bars using only half the coal requirement, reducing costs and increasing profits when selling the bars. To smelt Steel bars, you need level 30 Smithing.

Below 60 Smithing, you pay 2,500 GP for every 10 minutes. On Blast Furnace worlds, the dwarves cost another 72,000 GP an hour.

I started making Steel bars with 1,000 pieces each of Iron ore and Coal, costing a total of 215,000 GP. It took me 13 minutes to finish smithing 1,000 Steel bars. I also used 3 doses of Extended Stamina potion costing 5,730 GP and incurred a 16,250 GP cost from the coffer.
Because I have 98 Smithing, I was exempt from the 2,500 GP fee. Players with less than 60 Smithing will need to pay the Foreman every 10 minutes.

I sold the Steel bars on the Grand Exchange for 531 GP each and got 521,000 GP after taxes (Checked October 2026).
Subtracting the material and operational costs, I profited 284,020 GP in 13 mins. An hour of smelting Steel bars at the Blast Furnace requires 4,617 pieces of Iron ore and Coal, smelting 4,617 Steel bars, and making 1,310,861 GP/hr.

I was also getting 95k Smithing XP/hr, making this method viable for training smithing.
Note: For your 1st inventory, fill your inventory with only Coal. Depositing the Iron ore without any coal deposited will turn them into Iron bars.
Items bought from the Grand Exchange can be sold for profit on selected shops in Gielinor. The reverse is also true, and you can profit from buying items on selected shops and selling them to the Grand Exchange.

Shops have three key elements you should be aware of: the Sell %, Buy % and the Change per item %.
The Sell and Buy percentage are simple to understand, as it corresponds to the percentage of the value of the item. Take an item worth 1,000 GP. A shop that sells at 120% charges you 1,200 GP for it. If it buys at 70%, it pays you 700 GP.
The Change per Item percentage determines how much an item's price changes each time an item is bought from or sold to a shop. Buying items from a shop raises the selling and buying price, while selling items to the shop drops the prices. The table below illustrates how these price changes work in practice:
| Value of Items When Selling to Shops with a Change of 2% | |||||
| Shop | Value 1 Item Sold (%) | Value 2 Items Sold (%) | Value 3 Items Sold (%) | Value 4 Items Sold (%) | Value 5 Items Sold (%) |
| Buys at 85% | 83 | 81 | 79 | 77 | 75 |
| Sells at 100% | 98 | 96 | 94 | 92 | 90 |
| Value of Items When Buying from Shops with a Change of 2% | |||||
| Shop | Value 1 Item Bought (%) | Value 2 Items Bought (%) | Value 3 Items Bought (%) | Value 4 Items Bought (%) | Value 5 Items Bought (%) |
| Buys at 85% | 87 | 89 | 91 | 93 | 95 |
| Sells at 100% | 102 | 104 | 106 | 108 | 110 |
Once the prices reach a point where the profit margin is no longer worthwhile, hop to another world. Each world has its own independent shop stock, allowing you to continue trading for profit.

The World Hopper plugin allows quick-hopping with keyboard hotkeys, eliminating the need to click. You can also set it to skip specific worlds like F2P worlds or PVP worlds.

The Menu Entry Swapper plugin allows right-click menu customizations, allowing changes in the default options when clicking NPCs, objects, and items. This is useful for changing the default left-click action, allowing you to perform tasks faster.

Buying Lockpicks from Martin Thwait and selling them to the Grand Exchange makes 1,670,400 GP/hr.
![]() | ![]() |
Martin Thwait can be found in Rogues’ Den in Burthorpe. You can get there by using the Games Necklace to teleport to Burthorpe and going down the trapdoor inside The Toad and Chicken Inn.
Martin Thwait has a stock of 25 lockpicks for 20 GP each with a percent change of 2% per item. Lockpicks have a Grand Exchange value of 387 GP, and buying all of Martin’s lockpicks is profitable.

I started this method with 100,000 GP capital, buying out the Lockpicks, banking, and hopping worlds.
After 15 minutes, I bought a total of 1,200 Lockpicks for a total of 30,000 GP. I sold the Lockpicks on the G.E. for 380 GP each and got 447,600 GP after taxes (Checked October 2026).

That is a 417,600 GP profit. With 120,000 GP, you can do this for an hour and get 4,800 Lockpicks, making 1,670,400 GP/hr.

Selling Jades and Opals to Gabooty and selling the Trading Sticks to the Grand Exchange gives 1,708,030 GP/hr.
![]() | ![]() |
Gabooty can be found in the Tai Bwo Wannai village in the Island of Karamja. The quickest way to get there is by buying the Tai Bwo Wannai teleport scroll from the Grand Exchange, which costs 5,041 GP.
Gabooty’s shop is unique as it uses Trading sticks (TS), worth 5-6 GP in the Grand Exchange, to trade for items. You can sell Jades for 90 TS and Opals for 60 TS with a percent change of 2.0% per item. This can be increased to 120 TS per Jade and 80 TS per Opal by equipping Karamja Gloves.
Since Jades cost 263 GP each and Opals 164 GP each, you’re profiting 457 GP per Jade and 316 GP per Opal. This profit diminishes the more you sell to the shop. As per my calculation, selling 10 at a time before hopping worlds is ideal.

I started selling Jades and Opals to Gabooty, starting with 1000 pieces each, selling 10 of each before hopping worlds. It took me 22 minutes to sell all my Jades and Opals, and I got a total of 176,585 TS.
The Opals cost 164 GP each, and the Jades an average of 269 GP each, costing a total of 433,232 GP. I sold the Trading sticks for 6 GP each and got 1,059,510 GP (Checked October 2026).

Subtracting the capital, I profited 626,278 GP in 22 minutes. With 2730 pieces each of Jades and Opals, you can do this for an hour, making 1,708,030 GP/hr.

Buying Sandworm packs from Tynan’s Fishing Shop and selling the sandworms to the Grand Exchange makes 3,352,274 GP/hr.

Tynan’s Fishing Shop is located on Port Piscarilius in The Great Kourend. You can teleport there by using ‘The Fisher’s Flute’ option on the Kharedst’s Memories, a reward from the Client of Kourend quest, or speak to Veos in Port Sarim.

Tynan’s Fishing Shop has a stock of 50 Sandworm packs for 9,000 GP each with a percent change of 1% per item. As per my calculation, buying 16 Sandworm packs at a time and then hopping worlds is ideal for efficiency. You can set up your inventory with filler items to get 16 free inventory slots.

I started doing this method with 10,000,000 GP, buying 16 Sandworm packs, opening them, and then hopping to the next world.
After 17 minutes, I’ve used up all my capital and got a total of 103,000 Sandworms, which I sold to the G.E. for 108 GP each for a total of 10,949,800 GP after taxes (Checked October 2026).

Having an estimated capital of 35,000,000 GP will allow you to do this method for an hour, making 3,352,274 GP/hr.

Buying Jaguar fur and Mixed hide bases from Pellem and selling them to the Grand Exchange makes 3,831,013 GP/hr.
![]() | ![]() |
Pellem is the Fur Trader at the Hunter Guild found in Varlamore. The easiest way to get there is through the Quetzal Whistle teleport to the Hunter Guild.
Pellem has a stock of 2 Jaguar fur at 104 GP each and 10 Mixed hide bases for 11,700 GP each with a percent change of 2% per item. The Grand Exchange value for Jaguar fur is 3,601 GP and 14,265 GP for Mixed hide base. Buying out the stock for both items is profitable.

I started buying Jaguar furs and Mixed hide bases starting with 10,000,000 GP capital, hopping worlds and banking when necessary.
After 26 minutes, I used up all my capital and bought a total of 159 Jaguar furs and 799 Mixed hide bases. I also used 2 doses of Extended stamina potion costing 3,821 GP.
![]() | ![]() |
I sold the Jaguar fur for 5,000 GP each and the Mixed hide bases for 13,850 GP each and got a total of 11,623,927 GP after taxes (Checked October 2026).
That is a profit of 1,660,106 GP profit in 26 mins. With an estimated capital of 25,000,000 GP, you can do this method for an hour, getting 367 Jaguar furs and 1,840 Mixed hide bases, making 3,831,013 GP/hr.

Selling Mithril Armour to the Jatiszo Armour shop makes 3,975,000 GP/hr.

The Jatiszo Armour shop is located on the Island of Jatiszo, which requires completion of The Fremennik Isles quest to access. The easiest way to get there is through the Enchanted lyre teleport to the Island of Jatiszo, but it requires the completion of the Elite Fremennik Diary.
Another option is to Enchanted lyre teleport to Rellekka and ride the boat to the Island of Jatiszo. Once on Jatiszo, trade Raum Urda-Stein to access the shop.

The Jatiszo Armour shop buys items at 70% value, and prices change at 3% per item. The shop sells 8 kinds of mithril armor, which are all profitable to buy from the Grand Exchange and sell to the shop.
A table summarizing the profits for each item is shown below:
| Name of Item | Grand Exchange Price (GP), Checked October 2026 | Price of 1st Item Sold (GP) | Price of 2nd Item Sold (GP) | Price of 3rd Item Sold (GP) | Price of 4th Item Sold (GP) | Price of 5th Item Sold (GP) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mithril chainbody | 980 | 1,365 | 1,306 | 1,248 | 1,189 | 1,131 |
| Mithril med helm | 204 | 546 | 522 | 499 | 475 | 452 |
| Mithril full helm | 517 | 1,001 | 958 | 915 | 872 | 829 |

| Mithril kiteshield | 1,139 | 1,547 | 1,480 | 1,414 | 1,348 | 1,281 |
| Mithril platelegs | 1,263 | 1,820 | 1,742 | 1,664 | 1,586 | 1,508 |
| Mithril plateskirt | 1,412 | 1,820 | 1,742 | 1,664 | 1,586 | 1,508 |
| Mithril platebody | 2,676 | 3,640 | 3,484 | 3,328 | 3,172 | 3,016 |
You will get less profit the more items you sell, so selling 5 of each item is recommended for profit. You can use the Menu Entry Swapper plugin so that the default left click is set to “Sell 5”.

I bought 250 pieces of each Mithril Armour that can be sold to the shop to test this method. I sold 5 of each item before hopping to the next world. It took me 12 minutes to completely sell all my items and got a total of 2,931,000 GP.
![]() | ![]() |
The total cost of the Mithril items bought is 2,136,000 GP. That means I made a profit of 795,000 GP in 12 minutes.
Having 1,250 pieces of each item will allow you to do this for an hour, making 3,975,000 GP/hr.
The only downside to selling Mithril armour to Jatiszo is the time it takes to procure Mithril items, as they only have a Grand Exchange buy limit of 125 every 4 hours.
Most low-level F2P money-making methods from the OSRS wiki earn around 100k–200k GP/hr, but only one method stands out from the rest.
Here are three F2P methods with little to no requirements.
| Summary of F2P Low-Level Money-Making Methods | ||||||
| Rank | Method | Requirements | GP/hr | XP/hr | Recommended Starting Capital | Intensity |
| 3 | Tanning Cowhide into Soft Leather at Al Kharid | none | 142,764 | none | Low (100k GP and below) | High |
| 2 | Making Pastry Dough | none | 182,142 | none | Low (100k GP and below) | Moderate |
| 1 | Selling Archery Supplies to Brian at Rimmington | none | 765,060 | none | Moderate (100k-10m GP) | High |

Tanning Cowhide into soft Leather makes 142,764 GP/hr.

The closest tanner to a bank in F2P worlds is at Ellis in Al Kharid. Through tanning, Cowhides, worth 135 GP, can be turned to soft Leather, worth 182 GP, at a cost of 1 GP each.

To test this method, I bought 1,000 Cowhides from the G.E. for 135,000 GP total. I am also using Energy potions worth 170 GP to restore my run energy.

It took me 17 minutes to turn 1,000 Cowhides into 1,000 soft Leather, which were sold to the G.E. at 182 GP each, and I got 179,000 GP after taxes (Checked October 2026).
Subtracting the cost of the Cowhides, the 15 Energy potions I used during tanning, and the 1,000 GP tanning cost gives a profit of 40,450 GP.
In an hour, you can tan 3529 Cowhides giving a profit of 142,764 GP/hr.

Turning flour into Pastry dough makes 182,142 GP/hr.
Pastry dough is used to make pie shells, which are in demand because they are required to prepare pies using the Cooking skill.
To make pastry dough, you will need a pot of flour and a container with water. Among buckets, bowls, and jugs, jugs of water are the cheapest option, costing only 15 GP each.

I bought 500 Jugs of water for 15 GP each and 500 Pots of flour for 96 GP each, with the goal of making 500 Pastry dough. This took me a total of 14 minutes, and I sold the 500 Pastry dough to the G.E. for 200 GP each, and I got 98,000 GP after taxes (Checked October 2026).
The total cost of materials is 55,500 GP, which means we profited 42,500 GP. With 2,142 Pots of flour and Jugs of water, you can do this for an hour and make 182,142 GP/hr.

Selling Archery supplies to Brian at Rimmington makes 765,060 GP/hr.

There are only two Archery shops in Free-to-Play, one in Varrock and the other in Rimmington. We’re choosing to sell to Brian in Rimmington because his shop buys at 65% value compared to Lowe’s at Varrock, which buys at 55% value.
A table summarizing what items we will sell is shown below:
| Name of Item | Grand Exchange Price (GP), Checked October 2026 | Price of 1st Item Sold (GP) | Price of 2nd Item Sold (GP) | Price of 3rd Item Sold (GP) | Price of 4th Item Sold (GP) | Price of 5th Item Sold (GP) | …10th item Sold (GP) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mithril arrow | 6 | 20 | 20 | 20 | 19 | 18 | 15 |
| Adamant arrow | 27 | 52 | 50 | 49 | 47 | 46 | 38 |
| Oak longbow | 40 | 104 | 101 | 98 | 94 | 91 | 75 |
| Willow shortbow | 80 | 130 | 126 | 122 | 118 | 114 | 94 |

| Maple shortbow | 171 | 260 | 252 | 244 | 236 | 228 | 188 |
| Maple longbow | 289 | 416 | 403 | 390 | 378 | 365 | 301 |

You will get less profit the more items you sell, so selling 10 of each item is ideal before hopping to the next world.
![]() | ![]() |
I bought 1,000 each of the profitable archery supplies and started selling 10 of each item to Brian before hopping worlds.
It took me 22 minutes to finish selling all of my items, and I got a total of 1,022,520 GP. The total cost of archery supplies was 741,998 GP, which means I made 280,522 GP profit.
With 2,730 of each archery supply, you will be able to do this for an hour and make 765,060 GP/hr.

Other players will sell to Brian too. Always check that Brian's stock is at its default level before selling to avoid losses.
None of these need high levels. What holds you back is starting cash.
For Pay-to-Play (P2P), you should start on buying Lockpicks and catching Snowy knights until you build up your cash stack up to 10,000,000 GP.
When you reach 10,000,000 GP, you can consistently do the higher yielding methods such as Buying Sandworm packs, Selling Mithril armour and Buying Jaguar furs and Mixed hide bases.
Selling Mithril armour takes time to accumulate because of the 125 G.E. limit but offers the highest GP/hr. To save time, place buy orders on the G.E. and let them accumulate while you work on the other methods.
For Free-to-Play (F2P), build up around 1,000,000 GP in starting capital using the other methods. Once you have enough, focus on selling archery supplies, as this is the highest-yielding low-level method.
Through my testing, I found that selling Mithril armour to the Jatiszo Armour shop is the best low-level money-making method at 3,975,000 GP/hr. It only requires the completion of The Fremennik Isles quest, which has low skill level requirements.
I recommend selling archery supplies to Brian in Rimmington. It doesn’t require any quests or levels and makes 765,060 GP/hr. Keep in mind that competition can be fierce, as it is the best F2P money-making method that doesn’t require any skill levels.
