Fight Arena follows the story of the wealthy Servil family, who’ve been kidnapped by General Khazard and thrown into his arena for entertainment. Your job is to rescue them before things go south. There’s a bit of combat involved, so it’s more hands-on than some beginner quests—I actually find this one pretty fun—but make sure you come prepared with decent gear and some food.
General Questing Tips
- Enable the RuneLite Quest Helper — it helps a lot here, especially with where to go next.
- Hold the spacebar to skip through NPC dialogue (there’s a fair bit of it in this quest).
- Use number keys to pick dialogue options; just pay a little attention so you don’t misclick.

Time to Complete: It took me about 9 minutes to finish. If you struggle a bit with the boss fights, expect it to take a little longer.

Recommendations
- Magic gear and fire strike or better: I’d recommend using Fire Strike with wizard robes and a wizard hat and safespotting where possible—it makes the fights much easier. For Bouncer, switch to Protect from Melee if you’re fighting him up close, since he’s very accurate and can hit up to 13.
- Ardougne cloak or Ardougne teleport to start the quest
Walkthrough
Starting the Quest
Make sure to bring 5 GP, some combat gear (I recommend runes for Fire Strike with wizard robes or better), and a bit of food. You’ll need the gear and food for the next part, so it’s easier to have everything ready at the start instead of running back to the bank mid-quest.
- Teleport to Ardougne then head south and chat with Lady Servil at the northwest corner of the Fight Arena as shown below. She’ll tell you that General Khazard and his mercenaries have kidnapped her family and forced them to fight in the arena. Agree to help get them out to start the quest.

- Head over to the chest on the east side of the arena and grab some Khazard armour—make sure to equip it. You can take multiple sets by dropping and picking them up, but honestly, it’s not the best gear for your level.
- Run south and open the prison door, then talk with the Khazard Guard southeast of it.
- After that, head to the Khazard Barman just west of the guard, pick option 2 to buy a Khali brew for 5 coins, and bring it back to the guard—make sure you talk to the guard first, otherwise the bartender won’t sell it.
Fighting the Monsters in Fight Arena
Equip your combat gear and make sure you’ve packed enough decent food—you’ll need it for the upcoming fights.
- Open Sammy’s cell in the northern prison with the key to trigger a cutscene.
- Talk to Hengrad and take on the giant Scorpion. You can safespot all the enemies using the skeletons nearby. Check the image below to see exactly how I safespotted the Scorpion. Once you’ve got that down, killing the other monsters should be easy.
- Khazard Scorpion: If you’re low-level, stick to the skeleton safespot.
- Bouncer: This is the toughest fight—use Protect from Melee if you’re up close since he can hit pretty hard.
- General Khazard: Totally optional; you can skip him and just make your escape through the door.
- If you happen to forget your ranged gear or food, just teleport out, grab what you need, and then talk to the Khazard Guard to get back into the arena. Once you’ve taken down all three monsters, head back to Lady Servil to finish up the quest.
